Doctor Rike Geerd Hamer and the New German Medicine (GNM)
In the late 70’s a German Doctor named Rike Geerd Hamer discovered the precise relationship within the triad between the psyche, the brain and the body. The theory of Dr Hamer is based on the fact that illness is the solution to a psychological conflict, which creates unmanageable stress. When a conflict, generating extreme stress within an individual is not resolved, the brain will order a program of survival in the biology. The role of the brain is to alleviate unmanageable stress by expressing the solution to the conflict in the organ corresponding to the metaphor an individual is creating, through the mental representation they have of an unresolved issue.
Doctor Hamer’s finding is a revolutionary approach especially regarding cancer, which was considered cellular anarchy up until his discovery enlightened our minds about the extraordinary meaning of illness.
In 1980, Dr Hamer was severely affected by the death of his son Dirk who was shot.
Shortly after loosing his son, Dr Hamer developed testicular cancer and soon realized there was a connection between a traumatic event and the onset of illness. He then decided to seek verification of his insight and investigated possible traumas in the life of his patients prior to their cancer. Interestingly, his patients had experienced a deeply felt trauma before the existence of their illness. Dr Hamers' observation is now supported by more than 31,000 cases.
1-The iron law of Cancer:
• An emotional conflict is associated with the onset of illness.
• Any biological program starts simultaneously on 3 levels: The Psyche - The Brain - The Organ.
• The type of mental conflict will determine the biological location of the illness.
2-The law of the two phases of illness
When a conflict gets resolved, there are two phases to the development of an illness,
which corresponds to the type of embryonic layer where the DHS (Dirk-Hamer-
Syndrome) originated:
• The active phase of illness: the individual is operating under the control of the
parasympathetic nervous system while in active phase of conflict.
• The resolution phase of illness: the individual is operating under the control of the
sympathetic nervous system while in healing phase.
3-The ontogenetic system of tumors
The type of illness can be classified according the embryonic layers in the brain and their different criteria, since the beginning of the evolution of the species on the planet. When a new biological program is created, a “Hamer Focus” can be found through CT scans at the level of the “command relay” in the specific zone of the brain corresponding to the targeted organ, which expresses the illness. The Hamer focus and the illness will evolve simultaneously.
4-The ontogenetic system of germs
Microbes, bacteria and viruses are part of the biological programs of nature and play an essential and supporting role in all phases of disease. For example, certain microbes permit the elimination of tumors and/or the reconstruction of tissues.
There is a correlation between the evolution of a disease and the evolution of fungus, bacteria, viruses and microbes in the body.
5-The law of quintessence
Every living being (including plants) is programmed in terms of survival. An illness is nothing more than a specific biological program permitting adaptation, or to alleviate unmanageable stress with the purpose of protecting the survival of each and every species on the planet including mankind.
The law of quintessence is the combination of the 4 first laws of Dr Hamer, which are described above, resulting in the soul of the New German Medicine (GNM).
